- 24 years experience in instructional design, curriculum development, program delivery, program evaluation, and related project management for adult learners in a corporate setting.
17 years business owner and principal; managed HR function for eight full and part time staff.
12 years experience managing several concurrent training projects through the complete life cycle; from learning needs assessment, through development, testing, delivery, revisions, one-to-three levels of evaluation, and lessons learned.
8 years experience with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) in curriculum design, multiple concurrent course development, delivery, and evaluation.
