About me
I have been doing wireless project management at AT&T via their contractor since 2004. Currently I handle all upgrades and modifications to existing cell sites in Kentucky. Last year I integrated assisted-GPS for location based services into their network in Puerto Rico, Georgia, Florida, Kentucky and Tennessee.

In my past life I worked in Chicago as a marketing manager for DLA Piper, the largest law firm in the US and one of the largest in the world.

Has anyone else noticed that the less efficient a project manager, the more help he gets whereas the more efficient a project manager, the higher the expectation as well as the work load? Are there any suggestions for working in this type of environment?
